Sotheby's International Realty Inc. announced Wednesday that it acquired ONE Sotheby's International Realty and TTR Sotheby's International Realty as company-owned brokerages. Financial terms were not disclosed, and both firms ranked as the brand's two largest franchises by total 2025 sales volume.
Philip White, president and chief executive officer of Sotheby's International Realty, called the deal a strategic investment in the brand. He said ONE Sotheby's International Realty and TTR Sotheby's International Realty built high-performing businesses grounded in strong leadership and client commitment.
The acquisition adds company-owned coverage along Florida's east coast, in Princeton and Lambertville, New Jersey, and across the Washington metropolitan area, according to the announcement made Wednesday.
The acquisition follows the July purchase of Majestic Realty Collective, adding eight Sotheby's affiliate brokerages to its company-owned brokerage network. The earlier deal brought LIV, Summit, Sierra, Las Vegas, Sun Valley and Group One Sotheby's International Realty under direct company ownership.
Current leadership teams at both brokerages will remain fully in place under the new corporate ownership structure, the firms said. Daniel de la Vega will remain president and chief executive officer of ONE Sotheby's International Realty following the new ownership transition.
Mark Lowham, executive chairman of TTR Sotheby's International Realty, said the deal will broaden the firm's footprint and raise service levels for the firm's existing clients and agents.
Mayi de la Vega, founder and executive chair of ONE Sotheby's International Realty, will remain in her current leadership role. Daniel de la Vega said company ownership will give agents direct access to global tools and reach without losing local expertise.
TTR Sotheby's founders Jonathan Taylor and Michael Rankin will continue in active leadership roles at the firm, a press representative said. David DeSantis and Derrick Swaak will keep respective chief executive and president posts at TTR Sotheby's International Realty after the transaction.
Sotheby's International Realty, founded in 1976, now operates more than 1,100 offices in 86 countries and territories, according to the company's latest global figures announced Wednesday.
ONE Sotheby's International Realty closed 5,257 transaction sides in 2025 totaling $6.85 billion in sales volume, according to RealTrends Verified rankings. That Florida-based firm ranked No. 26 by transaction volume and No. 83 by sides in the 2026 RealTrends Verified national rankings.
TTR Sotheby's International Realty closed 4,211 transaction sides in 2025 totaling $5.71 billion in sales volume, according to RealTrends Verified. That Washington-area firm ranked No. 39 by sales volume and No. 122 by sides in the 2026 RealTrends Verified national rankings.
ONE Sotheby's International Realty maintains roughly 1,400 real estate advisors, while TTR Sotheby's has about 600 agents, the release said. The announcement arrives as Sotheby's International Realty celebrates its 50th anniversary year with a growing global network of company-owned brokerages worldwide.
