SERHANT. unveiled S.MPLE 2.0 on Wednesday, pitching the platform as an AI chief of staff for its real estate agents. The system executes entire real estate workflows from a single instruction, moving beyond task-based chatbots, according to the company today.
S.MPLE 2.0 will begin rolling out to SERHANT. agents in early October, with availability expanding across company markets through the fourth quarter, according to the announcement.
Greg Chan, SERHANT.'s chief technology officer, leads the product after formerly holding several senior roles at Amazon, Microsoft and Akoya. The platform coordinates dozens of specialized AI agents across daily market analyses, listing presentations, marketing, transactions, financial reporting and compliance.
Ryan Serhant, founder and CEO of SERHANT., said chatbots give answers, but S.MPLE 2.0 gives outcomes, and agents can give it a goal without thinking twice.
S.MPLE 1.0 launched in October 2024 and has completed over 54,000 requests, served more than 2,000 active agents and returned nearly 28,000 work hours to SERHANT. agents.
The new 2.0 release introduces Dot, a conversational interface agents use to direct S.MPLE, which assembles daily context, initiates workflows and coordinates several underlying AI agents.
Dot monitors an agent's calendars, email and CRM to detect preapprovals and then automatically surface past clients after 90 days. It also delivers a daily executive-style briefing every morning to help agents prioritize their important business tasks and client follow-up.
Compliance is integrated directly into S.MPLE 2.0 workflows, with the system reviewing output against major regulatory regimes including the Fair Housing Act, RESPA and Sherman Act.
S.MPLE 2.0 adds detailed financial and pipeline tracking, including real-time financials on closed volume, commission income, units and payout timing. A unified pipeline view and direct onboarding for new agents are also currently included in the platform, the company said.
S.MPLE 2.0 currently remains available only to SERHANT. agents, and the company has announced no plans to license the technology to outside brokerages at this time.
SERHANT. launched Windmill Estates, a 19-home luxury development north of Frisco, Texas, with prices from $1.1 million to over $1.5 million. The project features homes from 3,200 to over 4,100 square feet, each on one-acre parcels along Windmill Road in Aubrey.
Aaron Shockey, who founded Serhant's Dallas division, said the development anticipates a $30 million total sellout across five phases and has already spent 18 months on planning work.
Mahsa Balazadeh, chief creative officer of builder Elijah Kord, said the new development's first five homes will be completed by February 1, 2027, in Aubrey, Texas.
Ryan Serhant said wealth is multiplying and high-net-worth buyers are diversifying with secondary homes in unexpected markets across the country. He predicted Huntsville, Alabama, Central Ohio and Charlotte will lead net migration over the next few years and attract investor attention.
Serhant estimated New York lost about 12,000 residents last year and said affordability is pulling a broader wave of buyers toward Midwest markets with cheaper housing.
