Qfin Holdings, a leading Chinese AI-empowered Credit-Tech platform, appointed Mr. Yan Zheng as Chief Executive Officer and director effective September 21, 2026, the company announced from Shanghai.
Mr. Haisheng Wu, the outgoing Chief Executive Officer, will step down as CEO and director to focus on international expansion. He will also cease to be a member of the compensation committee of the Qfin Holdings Board, the company said.

Archwell Capital, a private investment management company with businesses in financial services, real estate, technology and sports, named Mr. Mike Middleman Chief Executive Officer, the company announced.
Mr. Middleman becomes CEO after a decade in senior leadership roles at Freedom Mortgage, and he remains there Vice Chairman. He is also a co-founder of Moder, where he remains Executive Chairman, and will focus on scaling existing successful investments.
